Hemerocallis – “Gentle Shepherd” (Day Lily) 2 litres

This Daylily is a dwarf type – somewhat smaller than its mixed cousins, but a very worthy and well behaved little chap.  It develops into quite dense clumps with a thicker leaf than our other dwarf daylily – Golden Chimes. The reason we think it is special is because unlike most day lily it produces a beautiful soft fragrance, with upright stems of lightly ruffled pale butter coloured flowers.  It will stay in a pot with other plants and not dominate.  Like all hemerocallis is does like a little moisture, although it will tolerate drought quite easily.
