Lysimachia ciliata, is the fringed loosestrife,
It is an erect herbaceous perennial that will thrive in a moist herbaceous border or bog garden, where it will quickly form a colony. It will happily grow in full sun or partial shade.
Growing to 120 cm (47 in) tall and 60 cm (24 in) broad, with opposite, simple bright red/coppery brown leaves, and smooth green stems. The star-shaped yellow flowers are borne in midsummer.
Its hardy perennial plant and a real cracker as the name suggests!
