Physostegia (The Obedient Plant)
A compact selection of this cottage garden favourite, growing to form an upright clump of fresh green leaves topped with spikes of tubular white flowers from midsummer through to autumn. Also called “the Obedient Plant” – growing into a compact and neat clump of fresh green leaves topped with spikes of tubular white flowers from spring through summer to autumn. The individual flowers resemble small snapdragons and are attractive to butterflies. An easy plant to grow which will spread happily in a border. The flowers are long lasting and good for cutting.
