Hello to all,
I have arrived finally at Valley View Dargate Road, Yorkletts Whitstable to my beautiful pasture. The move was hard and stressful but we managed to move me and all the plants to our new home.
On my list of “to do” is most importantly A CAR PARK so that I can finally open the gates again. Renovations are taking far longer than expected, please bear with me, I am getting work completed as quickly as possible but the weather is proving tricky to work with.
I also have NO POLYTUNNEL which means that all of my stock is literally on the pasture in pots. My outbuildings will be wonderful after VERY extensive repairs. My hopes and dreams are all intact as they always have been for this land which has been used for grazing for the last 30+ years. I have some beautiful trees, endless native hedging and the discovery of a natural pond made me cry.
I think it will continue to give up its secrets year after year as I work to make it completely Enchanting for me to share with all of you, whoever you are, so that we can all appreciate and learn what Mother Nature has in store for us as we move forward.
I will be in touch as often as I can now and whilst I will celebrate this season of rest and renewal I will also be working day and night to make this happen.
