Crambe – Maritima (Sea Kale) 2 litres

Walking from Whitstable to Seasalter towards the high waterline are mounds of grey-green sea kale (crambe maritima) that burst into clouds of tiny white flowers in June and July. The young leaves are edible steamed with butter, and are popular with foragers. I manage to produce one or two only of this plant – really difficult and so please ask if we have any. They are simply beautiful, and because of germination very hard to find.
