Sweet Bell Pepper California Wonder x 2 (9cm)
Peppers are rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, especially vitamin C and various carotenoids. For this reason, they may have several health benefits, such as improved eye health and reduced risk of several chronic diseases. All in all, peppers are an excellent addition to a healthy diet.
We love stuffed peppers, just slice the tops off, stuff with cous cous, rice, chilli or a cheese medley, pop tops back on and roast.
Sow indoors Feb-April, 1.5cm deep, cover and keep at 15-18 centigrade. Remove cover once germinated.
Transplant on at 2-4 leaf stage, harden off for a few days after the frosts, plant in a sunny sheltered position.
